Hi guys!

Im working on this character, based on the awesome concept art of the Artist:. Olivier Désirée

This is my actual process, i think is the moment of do the retopology but all feedback to improve the sculpt is welcome:

looking good! right now the eyes seem a bit too big, but perhaps that s because there is no pupil yet, maybe do a quick poly paint of some eyes so you get a better idea of how the scale is working

better, perhaps have her looking straight forward, and if you polypaint with symmetry, having both eyes will help

I agree with "jose.fuentes", I think her eyes are way too big and seem more alien to me.

How many tris is she?

All the pieces have 27k tris, She: 12k polys and the fish: 1.6k polys. Check the marmoset viewer if you want to see more info @akiratang

Nice, well done I really like the render and pose. Matches concept quite nicely. What did you use to texture, substance?
