(VIDEO: Z-Brush / Wacom Stylus Pressure Sensitivity loss / interface wigging out

I've just uploaded a video to youtube detailing problems I've been having in Z-Brush where the interface just wigs out for no good reason.
I've turned off Windows Ink, checked my drivers, reset my drivers, and still this thing doesn't want to work.
The problems I get are brushes randomly terminating like the clip curve, sometimes when sculpting, I'll lose sensitivity and can't get any more until I re-plant my stylus on the tablet. Another fun one is menus popping up at random without provocation.
I don't have any issues with Photoshop or Substance Painter.
This has been incredibly frustrating as it renders Z-Brush near useless. I can use my mouse and things work fine, but I'd rather use the tablet.
I'm on Intuos 4 S, latest drivers from later December, Windows 10 (Windows Ink is turned off), and have tried Z-Brush 2018.1 and Z-Brush 4R8 P2.
Any help and all help would be greatly appreciated.
