I was planing to buy substance bundle this new year sale on steam , sadly it didn't have discount this time .Now I'm hoping it will have discount this

summer sale,but still worry that it won't have again,did substance have discount in the previous summer sale or not?

Should I buy substance bundle right now or wait for the sale even?

Yes, it was discounted, by 34%. I would warn you though, depending on your currency it might still be cheaper to buy it on their website without any discounts. It's also hard to predict what will happen with the prices in the future, given the whole Adobe takover.
