apart from polycount what other forums could be useful for finding people to collaborate with?

as it seems like I will be 'out of work' for some time I thought I'd put my energy into a game idea which could also contribute to my portfolio. while I know how to model stuff I know nothing about coding and im keen to collaborate with other people to make something which can benefit everyone involved (and maybe it will pick up traction and lead to greater things).

I dont currently have any screenshots or concept art, (apart from Polycount) where is a good place where I can find people to collaborate with, without blurting out my idea in its infancy?
