been a long time since posted something 

anyways need a little help (still fixing/touching up mostly the head but its the hair need help with
also first time doing a beard so yeah not that used to it yet

how to improve the hair i still struggle with hair parts a bit so need little help how i can improve this

I can't offer any technical advice on doing hair. However, I can maybe help a little by suggesting you define the hairline position differently, something like this:

Your head sculpture needs more love and care.  The hair can't repair that.  What anatomical references are you using?  Are you measuring your proportions?

perhaps throw a skull underneath that head, it will help you see how the planes are and how the features line up.  If possible buy Adam Skutts Hair Tutorial . it will help a lot
