St. Augustine Treasure

Went on a little trip to St.Augustine over the last weekend and found some cool stuff so I decided to start a little project on it. Working on a chest right now that I found which is apparently the last real surviving treasure chest.

Might do a couple of them, I haven't decided yet since there were some neat steamer trunks there as well with pirate stickers all over them from the 20's too.

Anyway here's are some WIP shots of what I've got going so far.

Decimated Gold Doubloon Sculpt:

Going to make a couple more variations on it but just wanted to get at least one done to make a substance designer. Material out of them as well.

authored a textured coin and lowpoly to scatter around later as well. Again more variations to come.

If someone could recommend a technique so I'm not a shake handed picture taker that'd be cool too.

WIP of Substance Designer gold material, I don't like right now how the gold is laying within each other so I've got to edit some height data.
