Hey guys, I've been working on something for quite a while and I usually just jump straight into the unwrapping and texturing phase asap.
I was wondering whether there was any obvious flaws I'm missing in my work, fresh eyes/expertopinions would be greatly appreciated.
(Bare in mind this is the low poly version and the smooth edges would be baked on)
This is the concept I've been using:
And this is what I currently have:
I'm aware a lot of the detail can come from texturing, so im not too worried about things such as wood ingrains/smoother edges. And I know object can be scaled/edited easily even after unwrapping and texturing, I just want to know if theres obvious flaws at this stage.
Also, just as a side note, Is there an effective way of unwrapping this scene, e.g. should I put a few objects under 1 UV space or just have each object have their own UV space.
I usually work on individual props so this is proving to be a bit of a challenge.
Many thanks guys
