highpoly rectangle cut in cylinder help

i have what i assume is a really simple issue but i just cant seem to figure it out maybe im just tired or something but i cant seem to keep this cut squared up and keep the cylinder uneffected no matter where i put the edge loops it effects the rest of the cylinder

There is a discussion on this thread on page 162 about cutting holes on cylinders, there is also a bunch of older post about that. Should be enough to solve your problem.
