ok so substance painter give you the option to bake each individual mesh with _low / _high is there another texture software that is able to do that? thanks
I highly recommend the built-in baker in Marmoset Toolbag 3. It lets you to be in full control of your high poly, low poly and cage meshes with bake groups:
Thanks Joe, but it was more the other direction I was talking about. A live link that sets up all the TB bakes in SP. As it is you have to export all the maps from TB and assign them manually. Quite tedious if there are a few texture sets involved, and even more so if there are rebakes required.

Also, TB has an extra '_' tag to further isolate mesh components in the bake group.
