Marmoset triangulation problem

I am a student and I am beginner with marmoset. I have a problem with the triangulation of my mesh. It doesn't come from the lights, neither of my object done on zbrush, I do not understand at all, could someone help me? thank you in advance.

    This is generally caused by a triangulation mismatch between the baking software and the rendering software. To solve this you'll need to export a triangulated mesh and rebake the normal maps, and use the same triangulated mesh in every application that you're viewing the mesh in.

    When using quads or ngons, different applications may calculate the internal triangulate differently, which results in X shaped lighting errors.
