youre off to a good start, textures really need some work, everything is reading really flat, the scale of the fabric on the sweater is way too big IMO. His fingernails look like they have nail polish on them.  Hair cards are really low poly right now, if you ahve the budget I'd try to bring up the res a bit.  Keep it up
