Best way to export textures in painter for application in non pbr games?

Hey, 

So I've been doing some modding work for rfactor 2 and Assetto Corsa but currently non of them support pbr but i still want to use substance as my texturing program but obviously on export all of the roughness details etc I've added in don't show up in the base colour So i end up with flat textures pretty much with no detail :(. Is there a way to get around this and keep the detail or am i at a loss here ?
