I would like to have your feedback about my work. Actually, I'm doing the retopology with Topogun for animate my character after and I don't know if it's correct ... My cloths seems not good and retopology is really a step I'm blocking on and I would like to improve

The fingers are too low poly. While tris are not that bad, only use it when it is necessary. There are too many loops in the shoulder area
