Object Symmetry Off in Maya

Hiya,

I'm retopologizing in Maya and want to use symmetry within Quad Draw but my symmetry is way off. I think it might be because I scaled up and centred everything in Maya because ZBrush offset and scaled things weirdly.

I'd rather not work on half and mirror as the model is asymmetric in certain areas. 

Does anyone know a way to redefine the centre line or reset the object symmetry to fix this issue?
