So i need some direction, ive been trying to find tutorials for water leaks.
Something thats not explosive, or an ocean.

But water that drips, and can run down a surface.

Whats the best way to go about this, something with less rendertimes aswell if at all possible.

Feeling its a big thing, and many elements. So any tips, recomendations and or links are most welcome.

You want to use goals with your nParticles.  Combined with a ramp along the U or V of the UV coordinates so the particles spawn at zero on let's say the U.  I would use an expression on the spawn to create some distinct spawn points.  The goal would make them stick to the surface.
Then I would take the nParticles and use them with Maya fluid or maybe Bifrost.  Might be overkill depending on how you want to use it.
