Hello guys,
I saw an image on artstation from Lok Du (
https://www.artstation.com/lokdu), this image :
And I think it can be a good exercice for me to try to model it in 3D.
So here I am starting it, and I'd like to share this adventure with you all.
So I just started the blocking of the main building, here is what I got so far (30 minutes work):
I'll keep you guys updated with the work I do.
I'm currently at work so I wont be able to keep up the work for today, but that'll be good tomorrow !
Thanks everyone !

I'll sculpt the details in zbrush later!
Once I'm happy with all the details ill jump into the higher poly.
I didnt jump right away to the detailing of the side, I took car of adding certain elements needed (windows) and some details on the little roof.
I think I will start detailing the big objetcs first (wood planks, stairs) then jump to the detailing of the windows/door and last the roof.
After that I'll do one other side etc etc!
I've tried some textures and sculpted the door
Ill upload HD renders of the door later !
(Will change stairs texture right away this is bad)
That said, the bricks you've chosen to use are way too dark for what you're going for. I feel like this environment is a solid game ready reference for what you're shooting for.

I'll block everything then !
I guess I'm done with the blocking of the main shapes! Ill tweak some things and add some objects then I guess we'll be good to go!
