Retopology problems

Hi guys! 
I need some advice with my problem.
I make my hi poly sculpt in zbrush and lo poly in topogun. After it, I export lo poly in zbrush and projectAll from hi poly, but here appears some artifacts. I need to know, how to make well retopolied hi sculpt, uv, and low with normal map to export it in substance. Please help
