3Ds Max - I cannot rotate my hand using HI Solver / IK Controller

Hello. 

I finished this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLnKw1txyYzRlxh1-BT4CifPXC5TBg2vUd and I fully rigged my character but one thing is wrong. I cannot rotate my hands using IK controllers. I can move them but not rotate. I checked these tutorials files and in them tutorial character can roatate hand using IK controller. I spended a lot of time trying figure it out but nothing. Please help.

It sounds like something is position constrained but not parent or orientation constrained. I don't have time to check your file but off the top of my head, that sounds like the issue.

You are right! IK Wrist bone need to be Orient Constrain to IK Controller! Thank you!
