3DS Max / Substance Painter low/high poly baking problem

Hello everyone,

First of all, I am a beginner and I'm sorry about that. I promess I checked on google and I don't understand why I have this problem.

So, I made a fast mesh to simplify, I started with the low poly mesh, I cloned it on the same place for the high poly and applied chamfer and turbosmooth modifiers on it.
After that, I unwrapped the low poly mesh and export the low poly and the high poly in FBX format (two files).

I baked the mesh and you can see the result here https://streamable.com/nokng
It's like nothing happens, it's not smooth at all and it is worse than before because we can see the UV seams

Maybe a problem is about the volume of my high poly mesh ? I made a short video about it https://streamable.com/dcs5o

But I don't understand why it works when the youtuber Chamferzone uses the chamfer modifier ? And what about the seams in substance painter?

Thank you so much
