displacement map in Zbrush and then normal and AO map in MT? Help please..

Hello, everyone,

I'm trying to make all my maps after retopoing. and I'm very confused... 

I need some clarification

here are the steps that are going through my mind and I need to confirm if it's correct..

1. UV mapping in Maya or 3DS MAX

2. export UV map to Zbrush and create a displacement map

3. Export displacement map to MToolbag or Substance Painter to create normal and AO maps...

Is this correct?

I don't understand because most videos online use the UV map to create the normal and AO maps in MToolbag and or substance painter... My questions is if this is the case, how do I add details such as xyz texturing and fine wrinkles??!?!?

I'm really confused... Help, please...
