I start sculpting the body for fitting clothing in Marvelous Designer, then sculpt the rest of it in Zbrush. I use Maya to retopologize over the high resolution to optimize then did UV mapping. I texture in Substance Painter as well as Photoshop for hair. I even pose him in Maya using joint and other rigging basics. Finally, I use Marmoset Toolbag for my final renders. Cheers!
