Hi all, My name is Ben and i'm new on polycount after years of freelancing as 3d designer for individuals and small startup companies, i am wondering if my work still holds up when it comes to applying for an entry position as a 3d designer. It is rather frustrating because as a freelancer i often work on a tight budget and timeframe which doesn't really allow me to flesh out my work. So i'm currently pooring a lot of time into making things that i love to do with the skills that i have. I believe that my work demonstrates the technical requirement and understanding of making 3d models for e.g the game industry. However design wise i am really not that content with my current portfolio that mainly consists out of commissioned work on a budget. I would love for you guys to give me some pointers on my current work and if it would meet the requirements to land a job on an entry level position. Thanks in advanced!

Just to note at your portfolio link I only see two pieces, a treasure chest and a 2D drawing.
Clicking on them shows more pieces for anyone wondering.
Is there a particular studio you want to work at since you have a fairly wide variety of work, the majority of which are low poly and sculpts in props and characters.
After you've targeted a studio, or rather a style that you want to specialize in and decided on what role you want to be depending on what you're most passionate about, I would redo the portfolio presentation to a few select pieces for job applications.
Wouldn't necessary focus on creating work for entry level, i.e give it your best and let the studio decide where you fit depending on their requirements.
As a freelancer would be up to you to keep improving and developing as an artist, same applies in a job, just might be a bit more streamlined.
