Dumbledore character stylized modeling

Hello everyone !

I need some professional advice, for modeling Dumbledore's head. I gathered reference images, about Richard Harris
head, but even so I can't start modeling, I don't feel that is enough.

Where should I start?

 

I can only model with box modeling, because I don't have any tablet.
