Mentor-ship Recommendation?

Hello folks, has anyone had experience with 1 on 1 or group mentorships? Specifically pertaining to 2D illustration? I have been hunting for one for the longest mainly because I believe receiving in depth feedback from someone with experience would help me improve significantly (I don't get much feedback on here tbh). If anyone has any recommendations or would like to share their experiences I would love to hear. Thanks in advance.
