Animating in Zbrush

Hi So i need some help/info on this. I wanted to get into Animating in Zbrush and I am Stuck. From what i gather you need to use layers So i did. The problem is that the animation has som weird warping with the Mesh. I think its because the layer system is trying to deform based on the 2 states. Here Are some pics. If anyone knows a solution please Let me know. just a Standard model for study purposes.

I Did use transpos for this animation. no Polysphere rig
