    I like it!

    The skin could use more mottling and noise.  There's this dissonance I get from seeing a fairly clean skin with a butt ton of wrinkles that isn't jiving in my opinion.

    The composition is striking, love the expression and subject matter. Colours are great too!

     But what I think it's really hurting for is more tinkering with the SSS - both on the skin and the apple, possibly some more specular breakups/bump variation on the forehead.

    The skin is looking a little plasticy to me. Add some sub surface with a depth mask to make the skin feel more life like. Also not sure whats going on with the hood. It definitely feels to wrinkled and layered
