APPLICATIONS CLOSED - Thank you to all who spent the time to send their applications through! We received a lot of them and are now in the process of reviewing each one.

BitGem is looking for a talented 3d artist to help with the creation of cartoony and fun low poly 3d assets for game development. You will be designing and creating characters, monsters, dungeons, weapons and props of many kinds that will appear in game projects worldwide.

You will be required to work 20-40 hours a week but you can choose your own working hours. This is a remote position but you will be working closely with the Bitgem team on projects so we value good communication skills, creativity and the ability to think independently.

What you need are a good internet connection and these essential skills.


Essential Skills

  • Strong texturing skills (Photoshop or Substance)
  • Strong modelling skills (Maya preferred, Max or Blender)
  • Developing optimised assets with attention to low poly-count and animation friendly edge flow topology
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken


Bonus Skills

  • Unity
  • Unreal Engine
  • PBR
  • Experience with remote working


Hourly Rate

Competitive - dependent on experience
