Looks really nice.
Only thing which bothers me a little bit is the heavy use of scratches on the skin of the fish. But this could also be just a personal preference.

Why not make the horn a nautilus horn to keep it within the aquatic direction?

I agree that there are too many scratches on the skin especially.

Updates on bakes, wireframes, and UV maps!

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I do think I'll pull back on the scratches on the skin when I texture.

I'm still relatively new to 3D art, and I'd love to learn from you all. Deadline's coming up this week so I won't be able to implement many big changes, but I'll definitely keep in mind for the next project. Thanks and fire away
