Awesome model ! Maybe some SSS on the ears and skin would have been cool ! I also find his skin is maybe a little too uniform, a little color variation in the diffuse and roughness could have been nice. Those UVs tho wow
@Olingova probably is a Alpha did i using on substance, UE4 have only Cutout, not using Dither for alphas, and dont have a smooth transitions. My bad on this point and a variations colors, yea, its my bad too, more yellow, white and some blues make a difference, so thanks for the feedback !
great work , mate. The modelling is SPOT ON, however i think the textures and weathering on the clothes and armor still need work. The pink skin makes the creature seem less threatening imo.

Also from close it looks like you got tiny Alpha problem on the clothing maybe just the UV leaking a bit?
