Marmoset Bake - breaks edges

Hi. I'm sorry maybe the forum already has an answer to this question, but I did not find the right one. Baked normals look very good in the Marmoset, but not when I import to C4D.
 I have tried many different settings. I also tried to import maps with the 3d object (looks better, but the object is triangulared) I would be very grateful for advice. Sorry for my bad english.

    Try inverting the normal map's green channel.

    Generally speaking it is good advice to triangulate the mesh before exporting to Toolbag as well. This way you ensure that each app is using the same triangulation. If you use quads or ngons, different apps my triangulate differently.
