Hi everyone! I'm wondering if its best when baking high poly detail on an asset to have the UVs on both the high and low poly model lined up exactly the same?
I recently modeled an asset but forgot to add a certain piece, so I went back and modeled said piece and later combined it with my existing high poly model.
I'm concerned this might cause issues in baking later on.
Please let me know, your thoughts as to whether this could cause issues.
