100% Side by Side

Hi, there I have a task to make a model from a photo. 

At the same time, it is necessary to attach exact Side by Side with the same as photo, position , angle, FOV and Lens Distortion

Please tell me if there is a tool or software to achieve this accuracy.

i suppose side by side, there is possibilities to generate cameras from photos this is usually done from multible photos for 3d reconstruction ala autodesk 123d,
