Protector of the forest - statue WIP

I'm working on a school assignment and I thought I would share what I got so far.

For the assignment we were to make an 3D asset for a game. I really love games like Dragon Age, The witcher etc, so I decided I would try to create a statue of the god Asirha, protector of the forest (made up by me :) ). It's sill in the early stages, but I though I would share the development here. I don't have a consept, but I have made a pinterest board of a lot of references.     One thing I would do is step down the subdivision levels, especially on the cloak. It looks very mushy and unrealisitic and that's mainly becasue you went super high in subdivision levels. Start off low and build your way up to get the forms you want, adding details along the way. Check our some pictures of clothes to get an idea of how the folds would work in the model.

    @Brian "Panda" Choi  I tried searching for elven statues, but I couldn't find anything that resembled the look I wanted,
    @apollo580 I agree with you. I will try to fix that. I have worked a little more on it (before I read your feedback on the cloak). Unfortunally I don't have unlimitied time on this asset as I need to create a low poly, texture it and write a report on my work before friday. But if I get the time after the delivery I'll work more on it.
