I was wondering how can i generate anoter material with a different skin pack from texturingxyz? Via Substance Designer?

you can set up custom input and output channels etc. easily enough, it's all documented on the allegorithmic site.

It's an absolute bastard to find, I've linked it off an intranet page at work so I can find it when I need the reference...
The table details what you need to name inputs/outputs and what their usage should be set to. I forget what takes priority but you'll work it out.
What it doesn't say is that you can replace the names of user0 etc. with anything you like and as long as they match up with custom channels in Painter they'll slot in nicely
