Texture artefact on a character in sketchfab render - Need Help

Hello guys, this is my first character modeled and textured by me. It was modeled in Maya and textured in 3D Coat.
Then I uploaded it on sketchfab with an idle animation done with the help of Mixamo.
The problem is that I have a texture artefact in the sketchfab render, a black/colored diagonal line coming from her head and going down. I looked into the wireframe view and it's not part of the model. Also I rendered the same model with the animation in Maya Viewport 2, and screenshot it in the normal viewport, and the artefact doesn't shows there. So I belive the problem is because of the skechfab render engine, or because I missed something when I uploaded the textures (it was a zip package), who knows?

    Thats the model. It appears that some vertices for the hair is either weighted to the wrong bone or have no skin cluster information. If the issue’s not showing up in Maya, then I’d first assume that there’s modeling history still on the mesh. You can usually remove this by deleting non-deform history.
