Substance Designer 2018.3.1 environment reflection is broken for me

I have tried different built-in environment maps, and have deleted "user_view3d_settings.sbsscn" to reset 3d view settings, but for some reasons it still looks like this in OpenGL rendering mode. I didn't experience this issue before I upgrade to macOS 10.14 and Substance Designer 2018.3.1:

This issue has something to do with changes to OpenGL viewport in SD 2018.3, I have summarized the issue here, and hopefully a fix will come at some point.

For now, I am going back to SD 2018.2.2
