Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me out. I'm trying to make some renders of my little bear character, but I keep getting these black bits showing through my model. I have increased the transparency quality in the maya viewport 2.0 menu as much as I can, so how else can I fix this?

This will let Maya sort the opaque triangles properly, on their own.
What Eric says will help, if you need more, separating every element of the transparent meshes to individual objects and centring their pivots they should sort pretty well(freeze transforms too obvs
As far as settings go,
Depth peeling is usually pretty reliable.
