How's my low-poly human character model? Critique needed

I'm making a game right now. I got a base template male and female human model. My goal is to keep the triangle polys around 1000 at the most. They need to be animation ready for rigging and animations. Should the model be at a full t-pose or is the semi t-pose okay? I plan on making my own rig that will be used on both of these models and shared animations. Also, how is the topology? I'm concerned about the female chest topology not being good or is it okay? If you can and make a screenshot and draw over it if the topology needs work so I can visualize it. Thanks.
