When I'm using "Refraction" option for the transparency, the model looks different (non transparent objects looks like metal surfaces). Textures are exported using "Document channels+normal+ao(with alpha)" preset in the substance painter. How can I fix that? Thanks

For now, try using two materials, one applied to the glass and another applied to the frame. This way you can use a simple material for the frame and refraction only on the glass.
