[ZBrush] Decimation Master doesn't work

Hi guys, I'm working on a model and I can't apply decimation master (even doesn't pre-process) and I can't apply Transpose master either. It's just dont calculate anything or show me a message, nothing. But I can sculpt, and I'm not using layers, I don't know what could be, what's wrong with my model?
