you could set up the movebrush to automask backfaces then you can more the inside faces further inside

Is that coming out of Marvelous Designer? If so, you might avoid manual adjustment time by changing the thickness in MD, or not exporting with thickness turned on.

Hi thanks, guys, I just clicked backface masking on the masking brush and moved it backward
