Brooklyn 99 - Cast Portraits

First is Captain Holt (Andre Braugher), who I sculpted last week. Today I'll be doing some work on Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio).
Not sure if I'll do any other cast members, since I have some other ideas I want to get on, and I need more practice with full bodies/outfits.
Struggled a bit getting the details on there. I think scale is a huge issue. For Holt, I used texturing xyz's 40's male alphas as a starting point, but found that a lot of areas on the side of the head just looked kind of bare, even after I added hand drawn tertiary sculpting.
For Boyle I'm trying to start with the hand drawn tertiary detail, before using alphas, to see if that helps guide the flow more.
Also yes the ears need work, will do soon.
