Head on isn't looking bad. The side profile could definitely read better though.
I just searched a profile shot of him and found this one. See how close the back of his neck is to his ear? Compare that to yours and the general shape of his skull and neck in profile. Hope that helps.
Hi @MujtabaYousuf I'd look into nailing down the anatomy fundamentals for a head first. Do some ecorche and skull studies in zbrush. Study the plane changes of faces and landmarks/measurements. You can get started by taking a look at the free pdf online 'Anatomy for Sculptors'.
Another thing you can do is measure out the reference pics and compare to yours. This is a little tricky with the various lens distortion on cameras, not totally sure how to combat that. But here's a quick example of what I mean..
