Need a champagne/water/beer foam SBSAR

I badly need a general-purpose foam maker. An *.sbsar where I could control the size of the bubbles, and the material color. I need the foam-maker to be able to make very small, very white bubbles for something like champagne, general-size, but random sized bubbles for water splashes, and bubbles for something like beer foam.  I'm happy to pay a reasonable price for something like this.
