ZBrush: ScaleMaster -> Maya (wrong size after export)

Hey, it seems that the scalemaster it to complicated for me to use ://

This is my initial setting:


i than click on "set scene scale":


(than the "scale"-factor changes, is that by intention?)


i export it as FBX.

in maya i have set units to cm:


i import the fb into maya and meassure it (i also added a cube with the height of about 2cm to compare and measure it):


what did i wrong that the fbx is not 2cm height?
