[WIP] - Character creation workflow (Need some advice!)

I'm trying to speed up my character art workflow and find where I'm wasting the most time.

I'm recording making several characters and hoping that I might get some opinions on how I can speed things up. This first one I'm posting here took about 13 hours of work from start to getting it into Unity. I'm using Zbrush, Blender and Substance Painter for the different stages.

I'm using a lot of elements that are set up beforhand to save time, like the rig and head/body topology (which is why I can't follow the proportions of the design as closely as I would like).

 I'm going to have to speed things up, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
