Importing maya animations into marmoset

I've tried my best trying to research this, but there's only a few hints and such here and there but no actual breakdown of exactly what to do. 

All Ive heard is to export an FBX from maya but thats about it.  Do I have to export the skeleton by itself and the bake the animations and export those individually like in UE?  Do I just make an FBX of the whole animation, I'm not sure exactly the steps are to importing my fully rigged and animated biped from Maya to Marmoset.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
