We are a team making a fantasy RPG Realistic style. We are looking for Animator, Texture Artist, Concept Artist, 3D Artist unity world artist willing to volunteer their time to be part of something bigger with a group of us from all around the world. My tip is that you have something to show - a pitch, a concept or a project plan. Your audience here is, for the most part, professionals and aspiring professionals. You are therefore competing with real game companies when trying to get their attention and time. If you haven't already done so, take a look at kickstarter to get some inspiration for pitching your project to potential artists. Good luck!
