[MEL] scriptJob for axis orientation change?

Hi!
How can I use scriptJob command to track the Move Tool axis orientation change (World, Object, Custom)?
I need to trigger "something" every time when axis orientation is changed. Or maybe scriptJob is a wrong way in my case?
