Any previs animators, what should I expect?

I'm going for an interview for a previs animator soon, This will be (hopefully) my first job in the industry, I do have a few questions regarding previs animation vs feature/games as it is an area of the industry I'm not too well versed in.

what are the key differences between previs and feature and games and what skills should I concentrate on polishing before the interview? 

I know Previs anim's primary focus is camera work and poses but is there anything else I should be aware of?

Camera work isn't my strongest area I'll admit, what aspects of camera work is important for previs? 

are there any major workflow differences in previs animation?
